As I am Norway for two weeks, also missing the Protest the Hero/ Architects tour.
However based on the Finch set I saw in May it was a good mix of old and new (didn't play "The Casket of Roderick Usher" tho") they looked well into the old and new stuff
Also, are you referring to the Never Say Die tour as the Protest the Hero/ Architects tour? Because that's funny. Anyway, both bands are touring early next year if you want to catch up, PTH with The Chariot and Architects with Misery Signals. Good news all round.
I saw PTH a few years back supporting Every Time I Die, hadn't heard them, they blew me away, also had the best banter of any band I'd seen in a long time.
I realise that the never say die tour has other bands on it, but I've seen Unearth and Parkway Drive, fun, but I wouldn't run too see them again. Carnifex have a tremedously geeky name (prizes for those that know it), but I'm not always up for another Christian metalcore band, definately about Architects and Protest the Hero for me.
And back to Finch, they did seem to be into the first album songs as much as the second, which surprised and pleased me mightily, as I love them both in different ways, if their fucking mail order company hadn't been cocks I would have recieved the new EP a few months ago as well
I am unfortunately not going

So long as they're not still refusing to admit the existence of their first record.
