were fucking fantastic. One of the best times I've seen them, I reckon. They were super heavy and amazingly melodic in equal measures and it was one of the loudest finales I've ever seen them do :) The light show was awesome too. I'm not normally into that sort of thing but it really complimented the set.

Fuck Buttons tore the place apart, too, and were possibly louder than Mogwai. They managed to work the big venue thing really well. Errors were also good - only saw half of their set thanks to buses not arriving but I enjoyed them infinitely times more than previous times I've seen them.
