I'm not sure I've quite explained well enough what I'm thinking of in that title, but let's run with it. It says here Fields have a new album out next week. Strange thing with Fields - when their EP came out they were all over the place as nailed on next big things and were getting a big label push, but by the time their album came out it kind of passed by without a lot of people being bothered. Same thing seems to be happening with Land Of Talk - Elizabeth Powell's touring with Broken Social Scene, Justin Vernon produced their album, Applause Cheer Boo Hiss got a lot of attention - they were the subject of a DiSband! - yet Some Are Lakes looks like it's heading under the radar.
