I'd have to go for either Showbiz or Citizen Erased.
what about you?
falling away with you or escape.
is quite a bit better than most of their other songs.
I wish they played it live instead of the usual shite they fill their set lists with these days.
I wish they would play older stuff in todays sets.
They only played one song from Showbiz and two from OoS when I seen them in New York, I think they played around 8 songs from Black Holes, which was slightly disappointing.
Still an awesome gig though.
Its really something they should include in their live shows.
...expect this thread to be lambasted by the Muse hating DiS massiv at some point though.
im guessing within the next 5 posts.
Thoughts of a Dying Atheist is awesome too, by way of an off-piste fave.
It should be playing when the apocalypse is happening.
Fury and Glorious are two that spring to mind.
on second thoughts, one of my favourite songs by them is piano thing.
Yeah, they're probably my fave. Can't pick a single one really...
but it changes often, depending on which songs I haven't played to death recently.
Sounds like a spooky, windswept Jeff Buckley - stunning.
That's a cheap call.
For it being my favourite fucking song!
I consider myself suitably chastised :-)
I heard it yesterday for the first time in ages and was taken aback by how good it is.
Citizen Erased and Bliss are both incredible too. It's great that one of the best and most exciting bands in Britain can also legitimately claim to be the biggest. :)
all the way
c'mon Muse, heavier songs for album five please.
It's so many different kinds of epic.
Citizen Erased definitely should be a regular in the live set though.
It makes me sad that I've only ever seen it once.
I'm going through a major Map Of The Problematique phase right now as well.
It's got so much going on, and it just works so well. It's a beast live, too.
There's just so much to love though.
uhhhhhhhn I don't want you to ignore me!
Don't want you to adore meeeeeee!
WHEN IT PLEASES YOOOOOOUUUUUU!!!
It's the slightly melodramatic one. What's it called?
a fine choice.
fact : the songs name comes from the two words that are above and below the word muse in the dictionary.
or Fury, or Dead Star or Pink ego Box, just because it's funny.
I'd say Bliss
The bassline in that song is amazing.
Hyper Music, and Muscle Museum
or Supermassive black hole/Knights despite much preferring OOS and Absolution.
possibly more than any other band
if you have no favorite muse song you have no reason for posting in this thread.
Glad to know I'm in good company.
Take A Bow is a fantastic opener though (shame about the rest of the album... kinda).
