    • possibly

though I think I could make a case for every Tindersticks song being the greatest song ever.

the original RT singles club version of Marriage Made In Heaven with Nikki Sin on vocals

  • Youth of America by Wipers

There's no youtube performances of it, so here's Melvins covering it in a really straight up manner.

  • RIGHT

What Tindersticks album should I get first?

    Help

    Amodestmousearrives | 9 Aug '08, 13:17 | X
    • i think that there is probably something wrong with anyone under 40 years old

      that loves tindersticks.

      shishapangma @Amodestmousearrives | 9 Aug '08, 13:25 | X
      • I'm 41

can I have my suggestion now?

        Amodestmousearrives @shishapangma | 9 Aug '08, 13:29 | X
        • Start with the first album

and then get the rest. They're all good.

          therapyrock @Amodestmousearrives | 9 Aug '08, 14:26 | X
        • I'd say start with Tindersticks II

It's unrelengtinly great and shows off pretty much every facet to their songs. Oh God the beauty.

Oh and I've loved them since I was 16 so you naysayers can get lost with your age limits.

          MrScagdenSir @Amodestmousearrives | 9 Aug '08, 18:05 | X
  • May I please nominate

    'Wichita Lineman' by Glen Campbell.
