They're alright, hey?
what I heard on their myspace was alright. Nothing to wank over.
But they might be great live...
they're playing with Tubelord in Southampton this weekend.
Sadly I'll probably never be able to see neither of this bands live...
theyre really good
from what I have heard they sound pretty good, the live show should go off.
come to the winchester show :)
and most of my friends will be at the show, but I'm working tomorrow night.
I never quite get why people post replies like this though (HYPOCRISY WATCH: I sometimes do it myself!).
It's like saying Penetrative Sex > Hand job, well........yes, but both are pretty great.
and who you're having Penetrative Sex with obviously...
The UK is swimming with shite bands, but there are also many fine bands bobbing along under the radar.
Pavement > Archers of Loaf
But, Archers of Loaf > 99.9% of all bands that have ever existed.
i seem to have turned into some kind of Tubelord fangirl and i have to mention them at all possible opportunities
its next wednesday!
I looked ahead and I'm on the rota for the Winch show, but free for the Soton one.
they can clearly shred but they've got no tunes yet
I like them, saw them earlier this year after not having heard anything by them, and they impressed me.
I just wish BSM would hurry up and send my EP.
as are they live. Bit of a non-point I suppose, but they were blown off stage by Shield Your Eyes when I saw them
They were ok. Echoing what has been said, they didnt really have any TUNES! All seemed to meld into one.
Plus I couldnt shake the fact that they reminded me of Sikth, but less metal more indie/punk, and no thats not just because there were 2 vocalists.
hopping about like mad men. Good band. They won me over last time i saw them. Good to see another Midland band getting noticed outside of well, the Midlands!
indeed awesome live!
& LYLE, whats the reason you wont see ether? I check your profile and i guess you mean because you're from France?
Blakfish have already embarked on a massive European tour this year, they will be back again before the end of the year & will be playing some top festivals in Belgium & Luxembourg early next year, I also know Tubelord are looking into heading over sometime soon as well...
