I saw the lovely Jeffrey this weekend (at a show, he wasn't round my house or anything) and everyone, good few hudnred, was sat down and smiling along as he did his sweet little 'video' (slideshow of some cartoons he'd done) but this one girl, Flight of the Conchords Mel-style, stood poker straight right at the very front of the whole sat down crowd and just stared hard at Jeffrey for the whole set. Why do people (women in knitted hats) do that?
Oh, the music bit - Jeffrey was lovely, all ramshackle, wobbly and monotone which you wouldn't think would work but it comes together as some wonky cobweb of delight that would disappear if you tried to touch it.
What is antifolk though?
Can't it just be normal folk?
