Been listening to their Preview record a lot recently - I presume they've now split up. Any one have any idea what they're up to now.

Shame if they have cos they were ace

one of them is on Steve Lamacq this afternoon I think on 6music - and the keyboard player had his own band as well (cant remember their name) - had their single 'What You Gonna Do' as well - thought it was good at the time but we're talking 7 years ago

'Stone Cold Sober' was my fave. Good band, shame they didn't make it.

There was a certain charm to them but they came out in those fallow post britpop years which may have cost them dearly - I must dig out that single now!

I've had Just Cant Take It and One in a Million on repeat all morning!
I remember seeing them support Jims Super Stereoworld, really really good even though there were about 10 people there (this was in Tunbridge Wells).

Just ordered their full length album for Amazon for £1.68 - bargain!

            Bargain indeed !

They really had some really good songs, but, for me, it's difficult to listen to a full album. A little bit too sugary perhaps.

if you mean ben (keyboard player) then he was doing stuff for a while under the name 'drums and wires' and is still affiliated with the carter usm lot. keyboards, drums 'n' shit. yes.

According to their website ( http://www.astronaut.co.uk/news.htm ) they're planning to do another album.
There's lot and lot of MP3s there in the sounds section ( rarities, live and demo tracks... )
