Wow. Just wow.
My dad cried during Hallelujah
A broad range of his whole career, and let's face it, the man's a living legend.
He's also tremendously witty and charming
at Glastonbury. He's amazing! And I'll say it again, his Hallelujah is the original and best version... and that's not even his best song!
(that award goes to 'Everybody Knows')
to go see him in Brighton, despite the £60+ tickets.
I openly wept during Everybody Knows at Glastonbury
Saw him at Glastonbury and was blown away. The mans songs are amazing, his band superb, he has grace, charisma and charm and is well dressed.
Whats not to love!
and that was a special moment. I didn't know that I'd be seeing him again 2 weeks later.
But for my dad it ended a 35 year wait. He was a happy man
he played in paris and played suzanne 9 times, did he do that?
Just the once
My dad reacted emotionally to one of his favourite artists who he has waited 35 years to see performing one of his most triumphant songs in a manner in which he sounded like he was summoning his soul up through his throat and out into the world.
I'd be more gutted if he didn't cry frankly
My mum cried during Halleujah.
tower of song, so long marrianne and hallelujah in a row at glasto.
