anyone going? and what bands should I look after??
we'd be very happy if you looked after us! ;)
Actually, I have no idea which bands I'm going to watch yet...ooh! Frightened Rabbit - looking forward to seeing them.
Most venues are within 5 - 10 mins of each other, no problemo!
I might just stay put it one venue and then just enjoy being in Brighton, never been:)
and if any other bands wants me to look after them just give me a shout!
Iron & Wine

Pete & The Pirates
Future Of The Left
Fujiya & Miyagi
The Hold Steady
Emmy The Great
4 or 5 Magicians
A Place to Bury Strangers
most deffinatly Times New Viking

if you don't book in advance you'll probably find it difficult to find somewhere to stay. Not sure where is cheap though, sorry!
you should book in advanced as ALOT of people come down for this festival.... ahhhh ur in for a treat, running around Brighton with 5,000 other eager chaps lookin for the finest gigs, after parties and outdoor/secret gigs.
It just has SUCH a good atmosphere

ON MY BIRTHDAY - 15TH MAY - so it's an open invite to all DiSers to come and celebrate (at the Hope, Queen St supporting Peggy Sue and The Pirates, I believe).
