Just got the Fwuk Buttons album on vinyl
And, as expected, it sounds 100,000 times better than the mp3s I downloaded last week.

actually its not all:
i might get the album on vinyl cos its £12 or whatever
whereas i didnt buy the 7" cos it was fucking £4. and didnt even have a sleeve. and picture disks invariably sound like ass.

i really, really like coloured vinyl tho
which generally doesnt sound that great either. but i love it. crazy me.
i think its cos i see picture disks as cheating
somehow. its like "we could make some clever packaging with an interesting effect, or we could just put the graphic on the disk and shove it in a clear sleeve"
well
if they put it in an opaque sleeve it would just be silly wouldnt it?
