this guy is awesome
why not raved about on here more??
the album is a bit brilliant.
At first I was a bit put off by it not seeming as good as Hood, but the songs I've heard have grown on me.
& also, Gareth S Brown, another Hood chap, is also rather excellent, in a Yann Tiersen-esque way.
Although he could have just pretended it was a Hood album, nobody would have noticed.
as support for the mighty Thee More Shallows. But he couldn't make it. We were sad, but for some reason, I forgot about him. This thread reminded me. Now I want to listen to him again, must remember to buy the album....
Is the album good?
I think. At the Railway Inn? I couldn't go. :(
I must admit I tend to forget about it but it's one of last year's better albums.
it sort of slips away from you for some reason. but it is fucking solid.
and was Ok, but not great. didnt sing very well. it didnt help that loads of people walked out.
is fooking excellent, I recommend going to www.anticon.com and downloading the bracken podcast, it's ace.
And the Bracken remixes album is bloody ace too.
Having no previous experience of Hood, I bought 3 of the The Remote Viewer albums recently. They are ace also.
So basically, download the podcast and buy the remixes! Go!
He wasn't very good at all.
i did like his album though and love hood. go figure
is a right tune
has done a remix of I Concur's debut single which we're releasing on 10th March.
If you pre-order the single we'll send you the remix for free which is really good.
