Sebastien Tellier - Sexuality
Anybody else crazy excited about this album? I've been flicking through Mixmag today and they've proclaimed it as "the best pop album Daft Punk never made". Apparently it's all inspired by his girlfriend, so that's nice
Seeing as it's produced by Guy 'Man', this could well be possible
Shame his Rough Trade instore looks like it's been cancelled though :(
Who's he?
He's playing Scala at the end of April.
Well, he's over his 'blue' period which was La Ritournelle, thank god.
That time was suicidal for me too (romance wise).
On and up, Guv'nor. I can't wait.
Is he on at The Scala at end of April? Tickets being purchsed then tomorrow. BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!
28th to be precise
Gasp. BRILLIANT.
*schemes*
This is kinda before my bday. This is going to be a gooooooood thing. Oh yes. OH YES.
Fantastico
I will go to this. He looks like the crazy bearded French Prince of Funk
Or something
last time I saw him he ate his song sheet on stage,
pulled his pants down (I was up front and close with friend Susie - we are his number one fans), and flapped his arms like a bird on stage... during the really slow ballads. His band are typically French and sexy in sharply cut black suits. And there's always a grand piano on stage. See you there too.*
*Are you stalking me gig wise? ;-)
