what a really well written song/chord sequence.
it still 80s soft-funk-rock hell though
Mostly because I couldn't escape it in my 2nd year of uni
is a guilty pleasure to me on just about every level.
Actually, along with Last Resort by Papa Roach, I think it might be her favourite. I really wish I was joking...
i concur. especially the breakdown at the end.
the guitar intro is played very well too
and a few songs on that album fall into the guilty pleasures category. Not sure if it's more nostalgia or just genuinely good pop
The Kooks in general are nice enough really.
And Oooh La is alright too.
They are just awful.
Why does he sing "Oi know"? It sends me into the red.
"hold on to your kite"?
That annoys me quite a bit.
this is a good song to dance to
this song has a nice verse but a completely bland and lifeless chorus
you've just reminded me this song exists.
*runs rampage through the streets of Tokyo*
i think the singers a prick though
sounds like the chorus from that zombie song by Sufjan Stevens.
they've got a couple of really good singles i reckon.
its just a bit rubbish
