as was.... love it.
and now.... quite nice. still like the old stuff though...
I see her around town now and again, she's GORGEOUS.
...and I think it's a shame she didn't 'make it' first time around, she's leagues ahead of Lily Allen/Kate Nash et al
Oh well, she's probably only about 22 so there's lots of time for her.
I used to think she was hot. I feel dirty now :(
THERE ARE LIKE, NO GIGS
waiting to get the coach back from Glasto in 03 I think. She wasn't looking to good then but than again no one should if you've done a fest properly.
is she still making tunes?
and went quiet for about 3 years, but, the third You Tube link on Sarky's post is her new single.
i'll be interested to hear the album; if it's all up to that level it'll be really good. i'm likely buy the album on the strength of the first one anyway.
but i think that 'Furniture' is good. She was unluck to originally come out at the wrong time though having said this the new track seems to fit her better. Perhaps 2008 could be her come back year?
but i think it make sense as a development of the slower songs on false smiles. only better.
i don't think it's going to be a comeback in a massive pop sense. but i am quite hopeful the album will be good.
this to the scratches. My lord.
..the town which also gave you:
Art Brut, Alex James, the drummer from Bloc Party...errr.....Air Traffic (sorry about that) and Duncan from Blue.
It's the new Seattle!
but always used to call her "Amy Staaaaaaad" in his cockney accent.
Used to annoy the hell out of me, so for that reason alone, I hated her.
I used to dream she was my girlfriend and stuff 'awww shucks'.
Good luck to her.
That was before the lobotomy though
