The TFS Top 40 2007
Firstly I'd like to wish everyone a Happy Christmas.
Right then, as usual I cobbled together a list of my 40 favourite albums of this year. There's no order in this list as I don't believe in ranking albums as frankly some are just incompareable with others.
Having seen some of the other lists this year, well they are all a bit samey aren't they? I'm not trying to show off the size of my record collection but I do think there's been many an overlooked album from this year. If you haven't heard of a certain album then check it out now as it comes highly regarded by me!
My memory is rubbish so doubtless I've forgotton a few albums and also I've had to cut many good albums from this list which can only be a good sign about the state of music today.
I'll finish by saying that frankly 2007 has been a pretty awesome year with regards to music and that 2008 hopefully will be a peach as well.

I'd like to finish off on a bit of a sad note by saying that national radio lost it's last good show in 2007 with the loss of Mixing It which was on Radio 3. I could cling onto some faint hope that there will be another show like it on the radio at some point but the chances are slim to nothing. Still I suppose this is where the internet steps in.
