Kylie

marilyninthesky [Edit] [Delete] 21 replies 11:58, 4 May '05
My mate nicely bought me a birthday present...yea, tickets to see KYLIE tomorrow night. Oh goodddddddddd, do I go? Or do I hurt his feelings? I mean, yea perhaps she's a great performer, although she can't sing for shit. But well, being surrounded by kids and faboulos gay men...well I normally only do that at family functions once a year. Oh goodd...so...? any suggestions?

Ok, I just read what I just typed. It makes no sense whatsoever. Hopefully someone will get the just of it. It is early, it's too early to even attempt to make sense.

Put it on e-bay and make a massive profit from the pink pound I'd say!

This is in no way being homophobic before anyone calls for PC Thuggery!

Go. Drink cider. Dance, and forget yourself for an hour or two. Sometimes, it's the only way to enjoy yourself. Don't be precious about it, it'll be a great 'POP' show. Which we all need once in a while.

Bamos do you work for Bulmers or something - or are you Adge Cutler's grandson?!??!

        • Re: Kylie

          Both.

If you play my first album backwards, it spells the message 'What's the matter? Scared of apples? Huh?!?!?'

          My middle name is Magners.

          I was baptised in Blackthorn.

When I cry, it is tears of slightly acidic apples.

          etc.

But would you admit to drinking Thatchers?

there's a great cider I used to drink at college in Somerset called Cripple Cock - its greener than Green Gartside- I challenge you to a pint of it at glasto - bleugh!!!!

            • Re: Kylie

Cripple Cock is where it's at. I know someone who had three pints of that in a Wetherspoons once. He literally couldn't move.

Never had it, I bet I could drink loads though....

Conish Scrumpy is the best cider anyway, proper gut rot.

              I say Go.
Why not see what these pop mega-shows are all about, especially if it's free.

          • Re: Kylie

Of course you should go. It's a no brainer, really. And have fun!

I haven't heard much of Kylie, cos she's not nearly as big in the states, but c'mon now! She's a quality candy pop act.

Yeah, maybe yer mate needs to improve his taste in music, but this is yer mate afterall. He cared enough about you to buy you the tickets....

Nah, he's not gay...more likely he'll try and get me drunk on alcho-pops and try and get into my white panties...AGAIN.
