Sweet fucking jesus.
I enjoyed. Didn't really know anything other than Atlas before I went.
would've liked to meet you two.
battles gave my ill head an ache, but they were divine.
parts and labor SLAYED.
I thought they were shit, but what do I know. Definitely the most scottish sounding band I hav ever heard and I have heard the Proclaimers. Which is odd for an american band....
Not my thing but the drummer was incredible.
Not the best drummer on display that night though!
Really, honestly, what an amazing show. Still buzzing too much to work.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMAZING. Jack Penate FTW
but have a dodgy pint hangover. Any of the rest of you?
I'm fine. Great gig much more improv than when I previously saw them...
two red stripes for £5 mega deal. Until it ran out. Boooo.
P&L were really fucking good. listening to the album again today and its suddenly a lot better!
i almost liked them more than battles....
It might be some kind of faux pas to praise their best-known song but Atlas was probably the most orgasmic experience I've ever felt. It's beyond a mere song, it was pure feeling and atmosphere and loudness, I don't know, it's just a fucking monster!
although spoilt by the aging hells angel at the front being kicked out.
Those stage divers were strangeley ace too. Like being back at a Neds gig!
