I think I have, just this moment, discovered that instead of liking Cursive - I really really love Cursive.
It's a girlfriend thing, she likes that song too.
It may be more to do with her 80s Brat Pack obsession though.
Assuming your girlfriend is Molly Ringwald?
She's a bit of a gonk.
Assuming a gonk is what I imagine a gonk to be.
Alternatively: a worringly faced 80s actress.
It's someone who's quite bizarre looking.
i still would have though. Just not now.
twin thousands then, gretta cohn's (i.e. the cellist from cursive) new band...doesnt sound like cursive but its good...www.exercise1.net...they be here.
However brilliant the lyrics were on Happy Hollow, I just felt the horns made it sound a bit silly.
and they manage to make each album really different and really good. I do think htey are best with a cellist though
I saw a Cursive in the used bin and I was about to take a flyer on it and then I said to myself, Nah "Cursive" to close to "Curve" and the law of probabilities (Yeah, I really think like that, hah!) can't have two good "Curv--" bands...
Idiot! Erm, maybe it's still there... I shall go, later today.
Go now. They're incredible.
Certainly not incredible !
Curve were incredible...
They're good but nothing really special...
they are the pinacle of the type of music they do
check out their often overlooked first album such blinding stars for starving eyes, so good, after the movies is my favourite cursive song
On my top 10 list of best albums of all time. Incredible album. Burst and Bloom is also pretty good but I lost the thread with Happy Hollow - didn't really feel like it took them anywhere.
The first 5 or 6 tracks on The Ugly Organ are fantastic
after the movies, never heard anyone talk about that song, possible my fav cursive song also
