few people might say Copia, but I'm going with Talk Amongst The Trees. If I were you, I'd get just one thing to start with and stick with it for a bit.
Copia does build on it in many ways, but I don't think it's got the same.. er.. the same single-minded grace. I'd pick it up next, perhaps along with the Garden and Sea EP. Then the even older stuff.
I'm not much into his work on the Jesu split. Although the Jesu stuff on there is ace!

is solo piano only. It's still good, but I don't find it nearly as interesting than the slow-attack soundscapes of Talk.. or Copia.
