They do have an album released a couple of years ago. It was more like a collection of the first 4 eps I think. Er... they are Scottish. That's about all I know...

They've been going since about 98 so I should think there's should be a few albums about. Don't know that much about them, only what i've heard Peel play. Think one of the albums is called The Sash My Father Wore or something. Oh, and for what it's worth my favourite track of there's is They'll Hang Flags From Cranes Upon My Wedding Day.

I'd start with Club Anthems 2001 (the EP collection Miserabli refers to), then A Guide For the Daylight Hours. The acoustic album and the one from last year are both good, but not the best place to start IMO. Enjoy!

Also get the duet they did with Laura Cantrell on a Peel christmas session.

I've got Club Anthems, A Guide For The Daylight Hours, The Sash My Father Wore And Other Stories and The Royal Theatre, along with Peels sets, gigs and a cd single. A seriously good live band, go and see them if you get the chance.

    aw fab thanks everyone

I've just downloaded about 6 odd available tracks from thier website, shall be listening to them over the coming days

and I heard Arab Strap - Love detective, which I did think was fairly good too. but I also have 'who named the moon' and I just find his voice a bit, well, whiney. but it may just be a case of time

    But thankyou all!!

I only have The Sash My Father Wore and other stories. IMO the title track isn't that good, more a novelty tune than anything else. I Gave Up MyEyes To A Blind Man and the cover of Born In The USA are genius, however.
