Most gloriously cheerful uplifting ode to shit-wonderful indie discos ever?
another very good single by one of the best band around.
Sadly no news of the album that was supposed to be released at the end of summer 2006...
April 2007 - Helen Love are currently mixing a new album, It's My Club and I'll Play What I Want To due out later in 2007 on Elefant Records.
"La la la... you be Joey Ramone, la la la..."
Eddie Argos burnt me a copy of it once after I passed out at his house... it was ace but I haven't a fucking clue what it was.
That one might be Debbie Loves Joey. It goes, "He said they'd live in New York and the stars would be their own. She was Debbie Harry and he was Joey Ramone".
There's an ace remix of it on the Junk Shop Discotheque EP
Really like Radio Hits#1- will get more of their stuff soon, particularly "Rollercoasting" and "Formula 1 Racing Girls".
