OK I've got a MicroKorg.
I want something else but even crazier, quite cheap and quite small.
What should I get.
Does anything like this even exist?

  • Alesis Micron's are way cool.

They're a bit like micro korgs, but make much weirder noises and stuff.

I've been wanting to get one for ages now.

    • They pricey

      x10?

      • About the same as a microkorg I think.

        Maybe a bit cheaper.

          • Look in Turnkey.

They used to have them there a while ago, anyway. I wasted a lot of time playing on them.

    • I'm gonna

buy all of these. And sound ridiculous and pretentious.

      • honestly get

a novation K station, small and portable like the microkorg, but vastly better sound quality, and real time sound modelling makes it more fun and inuitive - quite cheap too!

        • I'm

gonna check it like a mother trucker.

      • well good luck finding an original MiniMoog

for less than a grand, but there are plenty of decent emulators / modern day equivalents knocking around.

          • How about

using a Commodore 64 (the SID soundchip is quite legendary) or even an old Atari 2600. If your looking for something crazy, cheap and small. They've both had cynthcarts developed and are much fun. See below website.
