Recently i've seen more discontent of the reviews seem here

sure i'm basing it on two reviews, but i'm sure there must be more. now i'm not saying that i think the quality has gone down or whatever, but just bringing it forth.

Two reviews i'm referring to are the new manics album, which has been acclaimed by many critics of like observer and independent and other newspapers, but it got a 4. true, i think the new single is a bit cruddy, but surely it should be given a chance

the other is a single review of the hold steady, a song which i think is brilliant, but DiS have given it a lukewarm review of apparantly the most exciting new US band around.

oh, and the new murder by death song, that's a brilliant song, also panned
