do music critics like them that much? It's just happy summery jangly indie pop, isn't it?
It's like The Byrds! It's like Big Star! It's not. It's boring, and there's only discernable tune throughout the whole sorry career. And that's only because it had some whistling in it.

does make me laugh at times, and he has written a few songs that I enjoy, his own musical taste makes me want to dip my head in dulux and attempt to paint the engines of a cross-channel ferry.
