...does anybody use it and anyone know if it's legal?
Must be if they're charging I spose but it sure is cheap...
outside, not so much..
won't be legal in Russia soon either! but hey rules were meant to be broken, right??
i'm off to take some heroin, and throw bricks at disabled people from a rooftop.
i work for the government, and a shady guy with black sunglasses asked me if i knew where you live, so...
...I know him. He's a wimp and has two glass eyes so wears those stupid sunglasses.
ive got about 40 full albums off it for about $1.50 each.proper obscure stuff aswell.at the moment the payment methods aren't working(so cant use paypal) i got an email off them last night saying it should be up and running again soon.it probably is illegal but at an average of 70p an album its worth it
you realise the artists don't get paid for it, and all your money probably goes to the russian mafia, right?
apparently, they follow russian laws and pay royalties to the "Russian Organization for Multimedia and Digital Systems", although if those royalties actually reach anywhere else is a bit fishy.
s'good read, anyway:
also, i have no actual proof its owned by the russian mafia ;o)
Read this article:
Not really allofmp3's fault that western companies are not accepting royality payments from ROMS (russian royalty company)
bum-bag! this makes it impossible to re-fill my balance. does anyone know any other sites that aren't conected to the russian mafia that i can get cheap music from?
using the "balance" link on www.allofmp3.com
x-frost(paypal) is the only way i can pay.and they dont do it^
the reason they arent is because doing so would legitimise ROMS. which would be a bad idea. because ROMS is wrong. very, very wrong.
surely if you're skirting the law you may just as well illegally download stuff and then buy stuff you really like? Then your money goes to the artists/labels you like and not some Russian businessman. Not that I have anything against Russian businessmen in general.
ahem, they're all such, ahem, fine, upstanding members of the community. ahem.
of football teams like Chelsea
