I'm thinking of seeing them.
but they need some bloody new material.
I've seen Eddie Argos twice in Camden these past 2 days. Stalker.
that's where he lives.
certainly far better than on record
knowing really very little about them and i really enjoyed them.
Go see them
sorry - but they are very typically young and full of energy - but little else I must confess.
As stated before they need new material not all their old stuff was even that good...
but can be a bit wayward, depending on how drunk they are.
very enjoyable, but yes, they need some new songs
left the 6th a long time ago, dear.
here but I thought they were absolute toilet when I saw them live.
The dude can't sing, writes shockingly bad lyrics and has no charisma. Also the structure of songs are predictable and boring.

The dude can't sing, writes stunningly perceptive lyrics and has acres of charisma. Also the structure of songs are predictable but effective.
he doesnt try to sing any more than mark e smith does. and no charisma? seriously?
and they were dead good. That was about 2 years ago though.
ace at leeds festival 2005.
the bassist was either wasted, or her bass was just buggered, sound was awful, but it did sound like the velvet underground.
eddie argos is a fat sweaty mong with a shit necklace, but i love him
One of those bands where the records don't do much for me but I'd see them live anytime.
Anyone with a ticket for Maximo Park's upcoming tour gets to see them too.
they are really fun. go see
Even after about 12 days in a row they are still highly enjoyable to watch.
