C sharp definatly. It uses all the sharps :)
minor or major?
all music theory :(
C# minor doesn't use all the sharps.
or good ole' c major
or d minor
"i find d minor to be the saddest key"
because it is easy no sharps and flats and also doubles up as a minor, handy
i once participated in a d flat dorian disco in a practical lesson. it was great and possibly the best thing that has happened at university so far that didn't involve alcohol.
are for the weak!
atonal is where it is at these days.
otherwise i'm quite fond of G minor, C#minor is quite good to play in on the piano though.
that I've forgotten the name of, but that is used in "Misirlou": E, F, G#, A, B, C, D#, E - that one's quite good fun. Also the "acoustic scale" e.g. C, D, E, F#, G, A, Bb, C.
That mode is pretty cool.
Easily the best.
Dodecaphonic scale systems, bitonality, equal-temperament scales, spectral scale systems, non-deterministic scores.
