It's very poppy...
Will have to wait till April now !
I've read good reviews and think they're the sort of band I *might* like, but I've never taken the plunge. Who, or what, does it sound like?
to Sonic Youth early in their career.
More and more 'pop' ( sorry JDT ) with each new record...

i like blonde redhead too.
i don't understand. are you saying it is a good / bad thing? how did you hear it / give it to me / is not as good as misery is a butterfly?

my record shop had a promo CD...
It's even poppier...

i am going to go on an exploration of the cities record shops this summer... (in paris)... that is fo' sure.....
Does it have the same pseudo-Baroque thing going on as Misery... or is it more straight out-and-out pop. I remember reading an interview which suggested they were going to forgo lots of the embellishment and go straight for the pop hooks, so I'm guessing the latter.
I can't imagine them sounding anything other than slightly eccentric.
Looking forward to hearing the new album!
with the usual great vocals...
I miss them! Kari, i talked with their manager few weeks ago and i just told ther, i can't wait to see them live!!!
