Yes it is. The way it goes into Night Light is amazing.
I will never forget seeing S-K jam during Dig Me Out in 2000 and thinking, "This is the sort of thing that needs to happen on an album." And then it did, and it was even better than I thought it would be. To me, Let's Call It Love represents the culmination of everything punk ever hoped to do for rock music. It is uncompromising in its vision without being self-indulgent, emotive without ever lapsing into melodrama, and somehow never loses its sense of urgency despite its considerable length and tangential excursions. So basically it does everything right that prog rock routinely does wrong but easily avoids being prog because unlike prog, it doesn't suck ass.
