Thing is, the rating is spot on. This is a pretty brilliant album. But why's it just getting reviewed now?

It's sad that even before I clicked this link, that:
1) I knew it would be Pitchfork, and
2) The artist would be someone I couldn't give a flying monkeyfuck about.
Also, to people clever enough to know it would be a pitchfork link before clicking on it, does the "pitchforkmedia" bit not give it away?

there are people who are actually smart, have something coherent, intelligent, engaging and relevant to say, and say it in a highly eloquent fashion.
And then there are jumped up little knobs who've memorized a fucking thesaurus and treat a music review like some kind of 6th form essay contest.
Pitchfork seems to vary between the two extremes.
I'd recommend the tracks Photocopier, Transparent Things, Collarbone and Conductor 71, if you're going to download some
