Arctic Monkeys - Seemed awfully average, so I fittingly left during 'Leave Before The Lights Come On'. Right from the front. At about 0.3 mph.
The first things I realised as I got there were:
I realise what Thommo was going on about now. And I don't see why its funny.
Why are there so many southern people here?
Oh fuck. I've left the bottle of Bacardi in the car.
Why are there so many chavs round here?
Oh fuck. I've left my toothbrush and paste in the car.
Why are people staring at us putting our tent up?
And, wow, some of these people are lovely.
All in all, it was the best weekend I've had all year. Dancing to the best pedestrian snooze rock out there at the Beer amnesty was aceness.
APART FROM; the fucking song that says something about 'aliens from outer space, finding a race' that EVERYONE apart from me and Dan fucking LOVES.
Thanks for listening.
