...anyone know if it's sold out?
I didn't realise/forgot they were touring... hmm.
Im less excited than I though id be
no doubt a state of silly excitement will hit me on friday morning :)
were well good. I like tim kashers face. Disapointed there was no lament of pretty baby and they didn't quite pull off the entwined discordent guitar lines of the maytr (which is the greatest example of that kind of thing. fact. all those post hardcore types should give up cursive won)but yeah amazing
so so good, i forgot just how much i love cursive, it was a great mix of new and older songs, you never quite get the perfect set list,m but that was pretty damn close
that was one of the best sets I have ever witnessed
I swear Kasher was making chimp noises
and mash instead.
The setlist was a great mix of old and new, and they had a cellist so the Ugly Organ songs still sounded great. Also, they even mixed the new brass section into some of the older songs!
Hearing Some Red Handed Sleight Of Hand with a full horn section was something I'm very glad I've done.
The lack of cellist was my deciding factor on not going. :(
only listen to it a couple of times, but live they were really good especially big bang, maybe it's a grower
it's took a month to truly 'get' it.
now i love it.
last night = one of my gigs of the year and i see them again on 5th september - in amsterdam!
cursive were fantastic, totally worth the cost travelling down from newacstle.
really must buy the new album asap.
and i got to do a spot of DiS-spotting, even though ive not really been on here since i finished uni.
I had to drag my boots out for this one. I was still whacked from Secret Garden but I loved it.
