I'm pro-Muse obviously but erm it does sound like Keane with a bass player - will Muse diehards now hate me?
"Invincible" sounds a lot like "Everybody's Changing". But then I like both bands (which I guess does put me in a minority but I'm not bothered)...
and according to Bamos Almighty I like keane - I just want to see if 27 year old 'emo' 'kids' mental out at the suggestion that their new single is more radio 'friendly' than ever and anyway its just an observation and not a proclamation of ethnic cleansing is it?
I thought you were on about ethnic cleansing for a minute then, that would've been the end of Lunch With Prole for sure
similar to a proclamation of that sort?
I need to stockpile some lunch with Prole ideas - perhaps I need a researcher in need of a job?
I've always wanted to be a researcher, what's todays topic?
with every album...
than Keane ( which are just awful...)
I'm not keen for Keane. Or Muse, come to that.
what will Matt Bellamy's face resemble in the year 2034?
Okay, i really think im missing something with this whole new muse album. To me it sounds like a band attempting to do something overblown and forward thinking but failing at each and every step. The new single, as well as the last single is overproduced, bollockless pop music dressed up in a few shiny beeps and swooshes to make it sound as if it has a modicum of imagination. It really doesnt. Really.
It disturbs me that there are going to be kids growing up thinking that this is the height of musical progression.
He's gunna look even more pointy until a singularity forms on the end of his weasely nose and his face caves in, leaving what looks like a prolapsed anus stuck on top of his neck. Fact.
I've got on the card I'm afraid
but it basically is a Keane song, only with more "spacey" lyrics. Possibly the worst song on the album, and it's a shame they are releasing it as a single. City Of Delusion would have been a good choice.
As for the album, it's one of those albums that you keep telling yourself is overrated, yet still can't stop listening to it. Still only maybe an 8/10 record though. Although with all the hype and expectation (pun not intended), it was impossible to be a masterpiece...
Agreed. Everything that has been said about this new Muse album was true - of their last album. This new one is just... well, not all that good.
