if 2001-4 is anything to go by. Mean Fiddler are shit.
Very, very bad for me :( I need to send my ticket onto someone else, otherwise I'm gonna owe 150 quid, which I can't be doing with right now...
The day you get it, pop into the post office and do next day registered post. You won't get it so late that you can't do that.
registered post is for when you dont trust the receiver, and need documented proof that they did actually receive it.
special delivery costs about twice as much, but insures the contents and makes it arrive by 1pm the next day, if you get it in by 5:30 or whatever. there is also special delivery 9am if you particularly want to show off how rich you are.
surely it won't coz ALOT though will it? I mean, it's not like it's a heavy package. That's better than being 150 quid poorer, with a festival ticket I can't use and a very pissed off other person :s
Recorded delivery is about a quid. But there's no insurance on that. So if it gets lost, that's it - I think you can claim up to about £28. Registered post (Special Delivery) is a must for something that absolutely MUST not get lost.
don't expect to until about a week before.
this may be a problem if they use "Special" Mail Services...
three seperate deliveries as I'm going to three seperate gigs, which means I have paid £15 for the "pleasure" of their "services".
If memory serves right, has previously been a very dodgy man in a 1985 Ford Sierra with a stereo that costs more than the actual car that carries it. I hope it's him again. The neighbours will think I'm drugdealing. Winner.
My Ryan Adams tix came over the weekend by the way.
all tickets will have arrived at least a week before the festival, I don't know if thats a week before the thursday or the friday.
V tickets just arrived via very handsome/sexy courier, so definately worth the postage!
My Ryan tickets arrived last week and I had to go to the post office where the grumpiest person in the world works - so definately not worth the postage.
My Reading tickets are yet to arrive - who knows what will happen then.
I have had them by this point. Sorry if that puts the shits up any of you.
and they said that most were printed and they'd be sent out this week.
