Popular Workshop! Underworld! Tomorrow!

SeymourMBA [Edit] [Delete] 22 replies 13:59, 28 July '06

This is a semi-jag, but I'm rather excited 'cause Popular Workshop have just been added to the line-up of the Freedom Festival all-dayer at Camden Underworld tomorrow. If you've seen PopShop before, you'll know that they're utterly fucktastically Jacob'sSonicBlocYouthMousePartymongously brilliant; if you haven't, YOU HAVE TO SEE THEM BEFORE YOU DIE. Anyway, they're on at three and it's only a fiver to get in.

Full line-up is:

Immune
Djevara
Miss Black America
The Super Nashwan Kids
Keiko
Missiles Of Uncertain Destinations
Kvetch
Popular Workshop
They Died Too Young
She Makes War
Dumpy's Rusty Nuts
plus DJ William Shatner

£5 to get in, 2pm-10.30pm. And it's for Amnesty International and Liberty. And it's being filmed for the MBA tourfilm. Basically, it's going to be ace.

Woot.

  • I love you Seymour

    but unfortunately I can't go.

Hopefully MBA's "hiatus" isn't too long...

    waterwings | 28 Jul '06, 14:05 | X
    • I'm sure it won't be...

but it's going to be weird, like, NOT having impending giggage all the time... I'm even going to have a holiday. Abroad, and everything. :-O

  • a long time ago

a band called Jag plugged themselves in a really appalling way on here. what followed was about fifty replies all just going JAG!

    hence, the legend was born.

    • In years to come hencely

the legend of JAG! shall be told to small children. And those children shall grow eyes upon their faces. And wisdom shall prevail.

      I really need more caffeine.

        • Besides,

it's doesn't feel like a real gig without the presence of your face.

          SeymourMBA @inspectorfluffy | 28 Jul '06, 15:08 | X
        • Cyber caffeine,
