I like avocados.
There is a supermarket (Tesco?) selling bacon jam in their posh odd food section - it's a great avocado sandwich condiment.
I made an even easier version a couple of times this week because I'm a disgusting piece of laze:
-Peel und smash an avocado into a mixing bowl
-Add juice of half a lemon, much garlic and S&P (yeah)
-Shove in a couple of spoons of olive oil
-Blend it to smithereens
-Stir the beautiful slops into freshly cooked pasta such as linguine or tagliatelle and enjoy its slimy charms.
(You could also add cheese if you are a sick uncaring bastard)
