So, idiot that I am, I bought a Primavera Sound ticket instead of an Optimus Primavera ticket. When I contacted Primavera to see if I could get a refund, they sent me the following reply:
Unfortunately this ticket can't be refunded but you can make a name change. To do that you only have to send us the full name and ID or passport number of the new collector.
So the question is – does anyone want to buy this ticket from me? Please get in touch if you do, obviously the event's coming up soon, so you'll need to be snappy. I've priced it at £10 less than I bought it for, just to give a little incentive.
