how does one get there from london? thw website wom't even tell you the train station to get to!
Directions to the festival are on the back of the ticket. We advise you to follow those directions rather than using a satnav as the Green Man directions have been agreed with the Council and Police and should avoid traffic jams due to the increased number of cars coming to the festival.
By Car: The festival site is located near Crickhowell in the Brecon Beacons on the A40.
There is free parking for all ticket holders unless you are arriving in a Live-in Vehicle (please see ticket info above).
By Train: The nearest train station is Abergavenny.
Abergavenny Station - Festival
Shuttle busses run from the first train of the day to the last train of the day on Thursday and Friday, and on Saturday morning until 11ish.
Festival - Abergavenny
The shuttle busses start running again all day on Sunday and until Monday afternoon. When leaving site, please be advised to leave approx. 1.5 hours to get from the festival site to the train station.
There will be a charge of £5.50 each way for this service.
there's directions in the FAQ on the website if you scroll down it. Don't know about driving, but the nearest train station is Abergavenny - from London, get any South Wales-bound train and change at Newport.
There's shuttle buses to the site from Abergavenny station up until last train time on Thursday and Friday.
