Ex Bikini Kill, Bratmobile and The Applicators join riot grrrl forces...
They're touring the UK and we just caught them in Ladyfest Madrid, Allison Wolfe just a great, funny front women, Le Tigre with more humour and alcohol.
As for Spider and the Webs - well could be new favourite band. There's not enough female bands out there so comparing them to someone is hard and somewhat ludicrous, what can I say, Tobi Vali - Riot Grrrl for the 21st Century, passion, intelligent, driving, interesting music, not to be missed.
In Cardiff we've got them performing with the Physicists, a young local band with a local cult following, formned less than a year ago, but with some great tunes and a top front woman.
