Stripped down yet epic, authentic Rock, true to it's blues roots, with a pinch of psychedelic spice. Original songs with epic vocals, memorable tunes and intelligent lyrics about real stuff. All top-notch, seasoned, musicians, including two smokin' guitarists. The band released their debut album this month and are on good form. They always get a great live reception and you won't be disappointed if you go to see'em.
Redeye tracks have been played on The Curveballs Show (Phoenix FM) on several occasions and the band have also done interviews & live acoustic sessions with them.
Several tracks played by John Hornsby on Reckless Radio
Redeye track 'Stand' chosen as 'Track of the Week' on The Rock Show at Amazing Radio (DAB)
REDEYE were recently Officially Endorsed by MARSHALL AMPLIFICATION who thought they were good enough to take a punt on to the extent of supplying them with lots of lovely free equipment :P
WHO THE F*K ARE REDEYE?
Redeye are a proper local rock band made up of ordinary blokes who grew up together, learned to play their instruments together & have been mates since they were kids. The Redeye boys had been playing and gigging together around East London & Essex for more than 15 years with sporadic forays into Central London. Although sometimes individually going off on a tangent with other bands (Revolver, Physical Wreck, Fortunes Lost, Kranked & Krazy), the boys always came back to Redeye as if it was home.
Now their 'Big Break' really seems to be in sight and with the backing of a newly acquired and passionate Management, they are going for the 'Big Push'.
I'm not joking, if you hadn't heard of them before, it wouldn't have been long.....
