Howard Eliott Payne is regarded as one of the most talented singers and songwriters in the UK. Following success as front man for The Stands (2003 – 2005), Howard released his debut album Bright Light Ballards, produced by Ethan Johns (Kings of Leon / Ryan Adams) in April 2009 to critical success.
