Architeq (aka 23 year old Sam Annand) is originally from Dundee and releases music on Tirk.
His debut single "Birds of Prey" turned many heads last year with its fusion of unusual 80s synth sounds, disco, hip hop and dub. Since then he has featured on various compilation albums (including BBC Radio 1's Mary Anne Hobb's latest) and has released a number of stunning new tracks and remixes, including his own critically acclaimed "Gold and Green" album.
The genius of Architeq's sound lies in the subtle yet fearless twisting of dubbed grooves and intricate beats to create stunningly original dance music. Don't miss this rare live show - close up at Momo! Sam will be joined for his Flomotion Live set by drummer Jerome Tcherneyan.
