On The Sliding Rule:
...an old acoustic guitar played, bowed, looped, beaten, while singing, speaking, shouting, and stamping feet...
The Sliding Rule is the solo project for Hush The Many’s Nima and has found itself playing in the company of great and fine peoples like the marvellous Ed Harcourt, Viking Moses, The Magic Numbers, Tenebrous, Sam Isaac, Duke Garwood, Thee More Shallows, Kid Harpoon, Audrey, Val Partha Vogelbacher...playing at places like Secret Garden Party, Glastonbury, End of the Road Festival, The Big Green Gathering, Whitechapel Gallery, RampArt Gallery...and particularly enjoying the noise-drone-art collabrations put together by Kevin Quigley.
