The Pictures is London's new underground film night dedicated to bringing you the best of the capital's film scene, as well as premieres, previews and selected gems from the international film world, capped off with free popcorn, bingo, live bands and dancing.
Come see Bardens Boudoir transformed into our own midnight movie house. We'll be screening films from across the spectrum, be they avant-garde or slapstick comedy, transgressive, punk, experimental, documentary, romance or musical.
That's all followed up with Albumen Bingo during the intervals (so your arse doesn't get too tired watching films) and, when the films are done, DJs rein over the dancefloor til 2 for all budding Fred & Gingers, cheek to cheek.
This month features an exclusive UK screening of Dave Markey's seminal tourfilm '1991: The Year Punk Broke' starring Sonic Youth, Nirvana, Dinosaur Jr, Babes In Toyland, The Ramones and more. We'll be screening the cream of the London film scene too. Stay tuned for lineup updates.
If you love films, you need to be here. If you make films, bring them along so we can show them next time. If you love popcorn, you're in luck, it's on the house. Bring a date.

Cheers!
It sounds ace. Maybe I'll bring my film to screen next time. Probably not though.
you definitely should
I get really embarrassed/nervous about it though
me too but
you didn't make it so that no-one would watch it, did you? i'm sure the showing of stuff gets easier with practise. or so i've been told. i'm hoping to reach that point one day (if ever anything i've made is shown, i generally run away immediately afterwards, so might not be the one to give advice...)
and by run away
i don't just mean leave, i mean properly flee.
I'll be there
