Exit 2 Old Street tube station, Northern line
East Londons premier music night
Kate O'Flaherty. NME 27/05/2006
Broccoli Music's Indiesexual's the potential home to peri-peri hot unsigned acts. It's understated and DJs provide a musical backdrop of everything from cutting edge electro to retro pop, as numerous bands infiltrate this monthly unsigned showcase… A crowd so hip, it's the doctors' donation source for or hip replacements* and ciders and vodka mixers so nice and cheap for one can get drunk to… songs that I thought would only be played either from my mother's 60s record collection or my sister's rave phase. It was pleasant. It was cool. But most of all, it was damned chilled
