I Love Audrey
+ Dancefloor indie rock n' roll DJs 'til 2am
Disco Hurts celebrates the best of dancefloor indie rock n' roll from the past three decades with retro projections and a playlist that accepts requests. A party everyone is invited to with resident DJs Andy quirk and Meli.
Hailing from Essex, Missing Andy have been making regular raids on London since their appearance on T4's Mobile Act Unsigned. Mixing dance beats, rock, spoken word and no nonsense charm these boys ram second album Prodigy down the throat of contempories like Audiobullys and The Streets. I Love Audrey popped their festival cherry at Bestival this year. An electropop band traveling over from the Isle of Wight, musically they fuse Sugarcube's style with the four to the floor ethic of Goldfrapp. Opening are Language, a new London trio who've so far attracted the attention of Rob Harder (Baby Shambles) and sound tracked a porn movie! Mixing angular indie rock with a strong dace ethic be there early to catch them before everyone else.
