Indiesexual, an electrifying monthly club/band night in the heart of the East End bringing you some of today's finest unsigned and newly signed bands with resident DJ mixing up 60’s psychedelic garage, punk rock and indie classics.
“Broccoli Music's Indiesexual is the potential home to peri-peri hot unsigned acts. It's understated and DJs provide a musical backdrop of everything from cutting edge electro to retro pop, as numerous bands infiltrate this monthly unsigned showcase… A crowd so hip, it's the doctors' donation source for hip replacements” www.myspace.com/les_dudettes
Hailing from North London, Sol Devious are an Indie rock n roll five piece destined for big big things. They have their fingers in many pies at the moment, featured artists on the launch of XFM Uploaded, nominees for The Indy Awards, and into the last thirty of the O2 Undiscovered competition. So come check these boys out before they become huge rock stars.
Jag always a Broccoli favourite, an amazing group of lads packed with charm and charisma bashing out true rock/ska/punk gems. Last years winners of the O2 undiscovered, another band on the brink of hitting the big time. Go check out their tracks on their Myspace profile (Lover in Handcuffs a Broccoli favourite) and I can guarantee we’ll be seeing you down at Indiesexual causing mayhem on the dance floor.
Carlotti are one of those true rock n roll bands, they have the sound, they have the image, and they certainly have the attitude. Friends with the Jag and Sol Devious boys this show is definitely not going to go down quietly. This is the first time we have worked with the lads and we’re really looking forward to seeing them grace the Indiesexual stage.
"Intent on exploding in your face with an orgy of sex-laden rock, harmonies and demanding bass. The Voxx will deliver something for everyone whether you like it or not" Drowned in Sound
"A sound smeared with the spirit of dirty, infectious rock n' roll" NME
