*New Order *release this Scissor Sisters collaboration (Ana Matronix shares vocal duties here) holding the status of an ageing band whose recent ‘average' album is a whole bunch better than your regular band's. Here they beat Kylie at her own game, with wonderfully laconic vocals laid over a vivacious and cavalier pop track featuring an interesting sample of an air hostess seeming a bit filthy. It is, obviously, not quite as good as anything they've done before but if they can merely follow their self-made _How To Make An Ace Pop Record _design and produce this, they evidently don't need to be.
