A five piece rock band who list influences ranging from PJ Harvey to Nirvana. We Can Build You are certainly a little bit angry and a little bit twisted. This is especially evident on track two, 'Body Over Mind', a slightly disjointed riot grrl affair, all appalled shouting and crunching guitars. 'In and Out' follows it, a more melodic track with a proper chorus. Musically it's all quite interesting, punk tinged guitar and drumming recorded at a quality not witnessed since Slampt Records heyday. Think early Sleater Kinney with the approach of Huggy Bear and you're halfway there. The energy, emotion, and motivation are clearly evident, a little more content and refinement could find them a loyal cult following.
